Bikram Hasnu (3 October 1987 – Present) is minded person of Dimasa Community and who is the First Dimasa Community Teacher of Assam residing in other State of India.
One of Dimasa's most distinguished twentieth first-century teacher of Social Science,his academic appointments included Teacher of English course at the Jatiya Vidhyalaya of Manja Karbi Anglong (2006-2007), and Social Science at the Nightingale English High School of Manja karbi Anglong Assam (2008-2011) and Teacher of Physical Education and Social Science at Tribhuvan Devi Academy Kadipur Sultanpur Uttar Pradesh of CBSE (2012- Present).
His Education was grounded in Diphu Govt College under AHSEC and Assam University Silchar. He studied logic & philosophy, Political Science contributing to the formation of contemporary Dimasa Society entire country. He has been influential in shaping the understanding of Dimasa Culture, in Assam and the North East region. His father's name was Alit Chandra Kachari (Hasnu) and his mother's name was Rupali Bodasa. His early years were spent in Upper Mohendijua and Mohongdijua. His father was a Politician. His primary education was at Mohongdijua LP School at Mohongdijua. In 2002 he moved to Diphu Govt College.
Education
Bikram Hasnu was awarded scholarships throughout his academic life. He joined Diphu Govt. College in Diphu but switched to Assam University Silchar at the age of 19. He graduated from there in 2010 with a master's degree in Political Science. Bikram Hasnu studied Plotical Science by chance rather than choice. Being a financially constrained student, when a elder brother who graduated from the same college passed on his political science, economics textbooks in to brother Bikram, it automatically decided his academic course.
