Arman Pasaribu, Indonesian was born in Jakarta at 26 July 1977, with birthname Juliarman Eka Putra Pasaribu, Starting his academic study in KPBD Elementary School, Junior High School 29 at Jakarta and 70 Bulungan Senior High School in Jakarta. After graduated from Senior High School, he entered the Police Academy in Semarang, Indonesia from 1995-1998 and graduated with second leutenant rank, posted as Chief of Operation Management CID in Nusa Tenggara Timur, at Kupang Police Resort. During his duty, he got scholarship in Criminology major at University of Indonesia in 200 and graduated at 2003. For his achievment, he practically after finished his studied in University of Indonesia, he entering the Police Science College in 2003 without any test as a honour from the Indonesian Police Force.
He finished first degree in Police Science only for 8th months, and graduated from Police Science College (PTIK) at 2004. Deployed in South Sumatra Regional Police as Chief of Ilir Barat II Sector and Chief of Sukarame Sector Police, Chief Of Operation of Baturaja Police Resort and Chief of Vice Control Unit. During his Duty in South Sumatra, he got chances to studied abroad in order to increase his capability as a Policeman in Italia ( CoESPU) and Thailand ( ILEA)
He studied at Center of Excellence Police Unit ( CoESPU) in 2007 ( Middle Management Peacekeepers Officer) in Vicenza Italia and at International Law Enforcement Academy ( ILEA) for Money Laundering Investigation. Then He got scholarship once again for Master of Security Management Major at University of Indonesia. Graduated with flying color the thesis theme about the new perspective of Witness Protection Program by the Indonesian Police Force case Study of the Antasari Azhar Case ( Former the Chief of KPK or Indonesian Eradication Corruption Commission)wilor.
Arman pasaribu designated to represented Indonesia National Police as a Contingent Commander of Indonesian United Nations Police in United Nations Stabilizations Mission for Haiti ( MINUSTAH) since 2010 until 2012 for almost 2 years. After the Mission, he dedicated his services on Indonesian Education and Training Police Department ( Lembaga Pendidikan Kepolisian) as Chief of Administrations on Trainer Development Section at Jakarta and got chances two participate in International Masterclass at the Netherland Police and Police Info Communication Seminar as the Head of Indonesian Contingent in Japan International Agency ( JICA) Tokyo
After two years serviced in Education Department, he got chances to study at commander and Staff Course for the next level of his carier.
Recently after graduated from Indonesian National Police Commander and Staff Course ( Sespimen) he was posted in Papua Regional Police as Chief of Banking Crime Special Detectives Sub Directorate and Chief of Illegal Trading, Illegal Industrial and Illegal Investment sub Directorate Special Criminal Detectives at Papua Regional Police Department.
He's one of the youngest Contingent Commander of Indonesian UN Police (at 33 years old) in History of the Indonesian role for UN Peacekeeping Mission in the World MINUSTAH
