I have a PhD in nuclear physics with nearly 40 years experience in the aerospace industry. I have many interests in the field of fundamental physics.

In reference to my expertise in the field of Cold Fusion:

I have coauthored 3 papers on CF in refereed journals (many more in unrefereed journals). The first, nearly 2 decades ago, questions some electro-chemical aspects of the F-P experiment. The more recent papers address the issue of overcoming the d-d Coulomb barrier. My present work is concerned with overcoming a problem posed by CF data that violates more fundamental aspects of nuclear physics.

In reference to my expertise in the field of SonoFusion:

I have not yet published in this area. I have done a thorough study of the papers available and have drafted a review paper of the subject. Since the ones most capable of furthering the field have been sufficiently mired by personal/political attacks to stop further work in the US, publication of my report could be ITAR sensitive because it would give information on how to proceed with the nationally-important work to foreign researchers without benefiting the US.
