Govind Krishan Agarwal is an Ombudsman (Lokpal) of Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Act, 2005 (MGNREGA) for Darjeeling District by the Government of India and the Government of West Bengal.

Agarwal was born on 11 December, 1988 in Siliguri in the state of West Bengal. Having education qualification of Double MBA, MBA (Finance & Project Management) and MBA (HRM) with PGD in Computer Application. He is been appointed as Ombudsman (Lokpal), Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Act, 2005 (MGNREGA) for Darjeeling District by the Government of India and the Government of West Bengal on 17.03.2022.
