New Wikipedia user. Just trying to figure things out on here. I am creating a page on the Scott County Public Library where I work. I am trying to be neutral in keeping with Wikipedia's guidelines and focus mainly on the library's history. If you don't think I am be neutral please let me know so I can fix it.
