I have no RfA criteria. Judging candidates on a case-by-case basis seems to me to be more logical than forcing a set of standards on each user applying for the post.
I will support any candidate unless I have a good reason not to; therefore, you will probably see me at least once saying, "Support — I have read the opposes and find them unpersuasive." Of course, I recognize that reading over others' opposes is no substitute for reviewing a user's contributions myself, but in all honesty my laziness often gets the better of me.
