Andrew Everett Braley was born on August 31, 1992 in Waterville, Maine. Andrew grew up in the small town of Dixmont, Maine. Braley went to Etna-Dixmont School from kindergarten through 7th grade. In 7th grade he went to a Christian School for 7th and 8th grade. Andrew now attends Nokomis Regional High until he will graduate in 2010. Andrew lived in Texas for a small portion of his life. Andrew has been in all the states touching the Atlantic Ocean and has also traveled to the "Four-corners" of the US. Andrew works at Camp Roosevelt, in East Eddington Maine. Braley is a well rounded person with an apt for writing and reading, with an amazing ability to comprehend most of the things other people can't. Andrew is involved in many activities in school.

Andrew earned his Eagle Scout on December 10th, 2007. Braley also earned his Bronze Eagle Palm.

Braley is the first Eagle Scout in Dixmont, Maine

Braley has 2 step brothers, Luke Munster and Matthew Munster.

Andrew's mother is Carolyn Munster, and his step dad is Karl Munster.

Andrew's biological dad is Mark Lightner.

Braley's favorite teacher is Mr. Middleswart, whom he works with in the Writing Center

He is also involved in the Maine Junior Classical League and is a state officer as the Torch Editor.

Andrew believes that schools should focus on inspiring creativity, rather than producing the figurative "sheep"

Andrew is involved with Latin Club at Nokomis and is currently 2nd Vice President.

He is also involved with the Nokomis Writing Center, and is sometimes involved with the Drama club of Nokomis.
