In 2001 as Immaculate Flight Services Inc; founder Dennis Cruz served the local and transient business aircraft cleaning needs in the Texas area. Finding additional success in Los Angeles, California, the company moved westward where in 2004 current President Brett Logan met Cruz in an art class [4]
In March of 2005 the duo, officially incorporated Immaculate Flight LLC. and established headquarters at Gerald R. Ford International Airport. The move allowed the company to expand in current markets in Los Angeles as well as offering services in and around the Midwest as well as the busy markets of Florida and The Carolinas [5].
In 2011, the company, siting customer demand opened its first Pacific Northwest city in Seattle, Washington[6].
As of 2012, Immaculate Flight also holds contracts for fractional companies such as NetJets, Flexjet, CitationAir, and Flight Options to name a few [7].
According to an interview with President Brett Logan, current and former clientele have included a diverse range of local General Aviation flyers, corporate flight departments including executives from Pfizer and SAP, as well as royal family members of Middle Eastern kingdoms [8].

As of 2012, Immaculate Fight's entire operation is completely mobile in that each asset owned can be moved to varies airports in and around their respective "based" vicinity to suit any client(s) needs. According to the company's website; Immaculate Flight provides light to heavy aircraft cleaning services. The company's wide range of services can be broken into Three Categories:
Interior Services-deep cleaning of all fixtures, drawers, seats, closet spaces, food prep areas, storage areas, lavatories, and cockpit/crew areas. The cleaning and reconditioning of leather seating, as well as cabin sanitation from all wood, mirror, and table surfaces. Aircraft that have suede and exotic woods are included in interior services as well [10].
Exterior Services-every surface on the exterior of the aircraft including landing gear, gear wells, windows, upper and lower wing surfaces, and aircraft belly are cleaned. According to the company's website, these tasks are done by utilizing a customer chosen method usually including either a Hand Dry Wash or EPA approved Wet Wash [11].
Specialized Services-include the following[12]:
- Deicing boot striping and sealing. Utilizing compounds that strip away old waxes and sealants, the surface is then cleaned before multiple layers of sealant are placed on the boots leaving a bright shine to the surface.
- Wet or Dry Wash followed by a complete Hand Wax.
- Polishing of Brightwork takes takes out layers of corrosion and imperfections by means of mechanical buffers and compounds. The finished product is "mirror-like" and free of unnatural imperfections. Typical surfaces include wing leading edges and engine inlets.
- Exterior Paint Polish is accomplished by mechanically removing built up corrosion, oxidation, and and stains left on the aircraft's paint. After the prepping process is finalized, multiple layers of aircraft grade Xzilon Brand sealant are placed on the paint to protect the surface.
