I am Aaron Abend. I am a database expert who has spent the last 15 years working in the field of medicine. In 2013, my mother was diagnosed with sicca syndrome and I became interested in autoimmune disease. In 2016 I founded the Autoimmune Registry, a 501(c)(3) non-profit that is creating a national registry for all autoimmune diseases.
I regularly edit the list of Autoimmune Diseases since the Autoimmune Registry uses this as its list of included diseases.
