Harold Keables

Harold Keables was an award-winning English high school professor who taught in Denver, Colorado as well as Honolulu, Hawaiʻi. Keables is noted as a professor with students who win awards for writing.[1] He was named the National Teacher of the Year.[2]

Harold Keables graduated from the University of Denver in 1923.[1]

Harold Keables was first a teacher in Denver, where he was named the National Teacher of the Year by LIFE magazine. After teaching in Colorado, he moved to Honolulu, Hawaiʻi. In 1965, he started to teach classes at ʻIolani School.[3]
