The discography of The Lonely Island, an American comedy troupe, consists of three studio albums, thirteen singles and twenty-seven music videos.
The group, founded in 2001 by core members Akiva Schaffer, Jorma Taccone and Andy Samberg, released its debut studio album, Incredibad, on February 10, 2009. It peaked at number 13 on the US Billboard 200 albums chart. Their second studio album, Turtleneck & Chain, was released on May 10, 2011 and peaked at number 3 on the Billboard 200.

Videos for songs by the group are typically used in SNL Digital Shorts, shorts aired on the American sketch comedy and variety show Saturday Night Live. These shorts are written by Schaffer, Taccone, and Samberg in collaboration with Saturday Night Live hosts and cast members. 25 out of 86 shorts have been performed by the Lonely Island. The shorts also double as Lonely Island music videos.
