Please revert the above change. A country-level assessment templates are one of the most common, but with this one collapsed thousands of Belarus topics now don't show their assessment level on talk pages, ex. Talk:Maladzyechna, Talk:Dokshytsy, Talk:Bykhaw, Talk:Mazyr... . _{Piotr Konieczny aka Prokonsul Piotrus| reply here} 09:15, 21 October 2019 (UTC)

@MSGJ: I expect it will eventually, but when, I am unsure. My point is simply that a collapsed template that shows no assessment is unhelpful. Perhaps this is more of a technicality with how the inactive project banner is displayed, however. If it could be adjusted so that it does not hide the assessment, than this would probably be a better and more global (for all templates) outcome. --_{Piotr Konieczny aka Prokonsul Piotrus| reply here} 06:33, 23 October 2019 (UTC)

I think it is intentional (and a design feature) that a project banner for an inactive project take up as little space as possible on the page. But anyway I think this is a discussion for a more central page (e.g. Template talk:Inactive WikiProject banner) so I have disabled this request for now.
