The link that this template is referring to is currently unavailable. However, I looked at a recent Archive.org cache, and it seems to say this:
- "Para las obras fotográficas la duración del derecho de propiedad es de 20 años desde la primera publicación."
So it's not 25 years from original publication, but 20. I've changed the template to reflect this. --Michiel Sikma 23:07, 18 March 2006 (UTC)

- I don't read much Spanish - but a 20 year copyright period sounds fishy - [1] says life + 50 years. If they've signed TRIPS (and they have) then it's at least 25 years. However I'm not sure if it is retrospective. Megapixie 06:00, 12 June 2006 (UTC)
- The text is about copyright duration for different things. The Life+50 is for texts (If I properly remember). The law says 20 years after the first publication, but some people have pointed out that since Argentina complies with some international laws about copyrights whose minimum for pictures is 25 years, then pictures first published outside Argentina should respect that period of time.
