templates original vs. synthesis edit

- No, {{original}} is for files, to which WP:OR does not apply. {{synthesis}} is about policy, this template is about encyclopedic resource organisation (making sure that a seemingly-unused resource is not deleted, as it allows easy creation of derivative resources.
