- No it's not. Go to the download page, click "Get Skype for Windows", and it will download
Skype-8.11.0.4.exe. You can also check the release notes, which say 8.11.0.0. If you want more information about the 7.x to 8.x switch, see this blog post. Lonaowna (talk) 08:28, 29 November 2017 (UTC)
