Brief explanation edit
This template takes one argument, the physical location of the IP address in question. Example: {{IPvandal|Portland, Oregon, USA}}.
You can find the location of an IP address by using various tools available on the Internet, such as this one. Not all IP addresses can be fixed in this way.
I created this template mainly for use when warning IP vandals. By putting the template at the top of the page, the vandal realizes that they are not altogether anonymous, which may discourage further vandalism. I do not believe there are any privacy implications because this information is public and readily accessible using the Internet tools described above.
