Acting heads of state and Ebert edit

I see no reason why the acting heads of state, who are clearly designated as such, are removed. It's a fact that they served as heads of state for brief periods. Josh Gorand (talk) 14:46, 2 June 2010 (UTC)Reply

Because they did NOT occupy the office that is covered in this template. Str1977 (talk) 11:31, 30 June 2010 (UTC)Reply

A template named "German presidents" MUST include Friedrich Ebert, the first President of Germany. Why would anyone erase Friedrich Ebert from history? Josh Gorand (talk) 18:31, 2 June 2010 (UTC)Reply

A template named "President of the Federal Republic of Germany" MUST NOT include him. I split the templates because of the question of whether to include Hitler.
This template is not "history" and hence no one is erasing Ebert from history. Str1977 (talk) 11:31, 30 June 2010 (UTC)Reply
