This template contains <ref>{{cite web | publisher=[[United States Environmental Protection Agency]] | title=Level III Ecoregions | url=http://www.epa.gov/wed/pages/ecoregions/level_iii.htm | accessdate=2008-04-07}}</ref> which means articles which include it below their References section have a reference error. There are at least two solutions:

Move invocation of this template before the references section—an apparent violation of WP:LAYOUT or custom;
Remove the footnote from the template

The latter would provide more intuitive usage, but a way to reference the source is useful. —EncMstr (talk) 19:42, 13 February 2009 (UTC)Reply
