Recently discussed this here; I have changed the format to 4 columns to compress the page somewhat and to remove a format appearance difference between Firefox and other browsers (empty description rows under Firefox do not compress; under IE and other browsers they do, so the appearance is different depending on the browser you are using). There did not seem to be any objections raised at that page, to I chose to be bold and modified the template. I hope I have not erred too catastrophically.
