Maespoeth Junction edit

Why does the template show two Maespoeth Junctions? There always has been just one. As it stands it suggests there was a connection from the UCT down to the main line to the north of the loco shed, which is incorrect. I attempted to fix it, but my edit was reverted by User:Useddenim without comment. Railfan23 (talk) 17:01, 19 December 2017 (UTC)Reply

@Railfan23: If you look at the Maespoeth Junction page, it describes the (historical) railway junction and the (modern) railway station as two distinct, separate places. Useddenim (talk) 17:41, 19 December 2017 (UTC)Reply
They are the same location. Certainly on the pre-preservation Corris there was no passenger station at the sheds, but up trains often stopped there to take water. The post-preservation station is built right alongside the watering point on the shed. The diagram doesn't distinguish between the original and modern stations at Corris, even though they are not quite in the same place. It shouldn't, in my opinion, distinguish between them at Maespoeth either. Railfan23 (talk) 22:19, 19 December 2017 (UTC)Reply
@Railfan23: You might try contacting Nathan A RF, who created the RDT. Useddenim (talk) 08:43, 21 December 2017 (UTC)Reply
@Useddenim: Thanks for the suggestion. @Nathan A RF: do you have an opinion? Thanks, Railfan23 (talk) 22:11, 21 December 2017 (UTC)Reply
