Blood and MP

Blood was started by 3D Realms, but was not finished by them. Wishing to focus their attentions on Shadow Warrior, they split Blood off into QStudios, which a few years on merged with Monolith Productions. Should something be done to reflect that Blood was not regularly made by Realms? Should Monolith be in the template at all? If they are, why not Xatrix Entertainment of Redneck Rampage fame, or Capstone Software? Also, I am not aware of any serious development work done by Realms for Duke Nukem: Manhattan Project; as far as I know Sunstorm Interactive did it all. Any thoughts?
