This template provides common parameters for substitution into Victoria (state) user templates.

This parameter template should be substituted into both Template:User Victoria/doc1 and Template:User in Victoria as soon as possible.
The <includeonly> tag must be removed from Template:User in Victoria before substitution and replaced afterward.
The update stamps on Template:User Victoria/doc1 and Template:User in Victoria must match the date shown below.
