My proposed template/hatnote (as of 15 July 2022)
First variant: "In this Template:Philippine name, the matronymic is _____ and patronymic is _____."
The second one is for married women: "In this Template:Philippine name for married women: the matronymic is _____, the patronymic is ______ and the marital name is _____."
Third alternative variant is for natural children: "In this Template:Philippine name for natural children. This person has no middle name, but the surname is ______."
And the last alternative variant is for natural children who are married: "In this Template:Philippine name for natural children and married women. This person has no middle name, but the surname is ______ and the marital name is _____." RenRen070193 (talk) 08:38, 17 July 2022 (UTC)
