5x expanded by The C of E (talk). Self-nominated at 15:52, 12 April 2016 (UTC).

  • Article is new enough (recent 5x expansion), long enough, and well referenced. ALT0 is interesting, and supported with an offline reference (no Google books preview), accepted AGF. ALT1 is not that interesting. QPQ is done. No copyvio detected. Image is freely licensed. Good to go. -Zanhe (talk) 05:43, 14 April 2016 (UTC)
  • This hook was promoted to the queues (but not closed), but removed from there because it is wrong (see WT:DYK. The source[1] makes it clear that the ceiling was cut away to heighten the organ pipes, not that the roof was cut away to install the organ. Fram (talk) 09:51, 14 April 2016 (UTC)
@Fram and The C of E: I'm glad you can access the source. As mentioned in my review, Google does not let me preview the book here in Canada. If the source says ceiling instead of roof, that would be a simple one-word change to the hook (and the article). -Zanhe (talk) 16:27, 14 April 2016 (UTC)
@Fram: All this needed was a simple word change, it didn't need to be pulled for a minor issue. Nevertheless I have made the word change so it can be put back. The C of E God Save the Queen! (talk) 21:27, 14 April 2016 (UTC)
Hook issue resolved. Restoring tick. -Zanhe (talk) 05:18, 15 April 2016 (UTC)
Nope, not all that was needed was a simple word change. The hook problem indicated that the article wan't written with enough care. Witness also the other factual error I removed from the article. When I note that a hook is factually wrong, I don't do a simple word change, as too often more is needed than just that (e.g. in this case, not only "roof" to "ceiling" has been changed). An error is not a "minor issue", and as long as you have that mindset, you should stay away from DYK. Fram (talk) 06:30, 15 April 2016 (UTC)

The revised hook lacks interest. I would suggest going with ALT1 instead. Gatoclass (talk) 22:35, 15 April 2016 (UTC)

  • This nomination seems to have stalled. I don't like ALT1 because the source does not state that there are seven Welsh language chapels in London, only that there are seven catering to the Welsh community. How about a completely different hook? Cwmhiraeth (talk) 06:05, 6 May 2016 (UTC)
  • This article is a fivefold expansion and is long enough and new enough. The image is appropriately licensed, the article is neutral and I detected no copyright issues. On the basis that the C of E proposed ALT3, I am approving it; inline citations cover the hook facts. Cwmhiraeth (talk) 09:46, 6 May 2016 (UTC)
