Wedding of Princess Beatrix of the Netherlands and Claus van Amsberg
- ... that the wedding of Princess Beatrix of the Netherlands and Claus van Amsberg was marred by protests over Amsberg's German heritage and past membership in the Hitler Youth and the Wehrmacht? Source: [1]

Multiple paragraphs need sources, which I have marked with citation needed tags. The guest list appears to be partially cited. Is it possible to add one source for the whole list? I will check the remaining DYK criteria shortly. Flibirigit (talk) 00:14, 2 January 2022 (UTC)

Overall: Article is new enough and long enough. It is neutral in tone and no plagiarism was detected. Hook is interesting, properly cited and verified. All images used are freely licensed on the Commons. QPQ is not required since the nominator has less than five DYK credits. Multiple citations are still needed as per my comment above. Flibirigit (talk) 02:10, 2 January 2022 (UTC)
- I have added citations where possible. There is still a bit of uncited material left, but maybe that could be removed to the talk page until a citation could be found? Storye book (talk) 12:36, 3 January 2022 (UTC)
- Storye, thanks for the work on this article. I think we should wait for the nominator to respond. I'd rather keep the information if it could be sourced. Flibirigit (talk) 12:50, 3 January 2022 (UTC)
- Yes, I agree with that. Richiepip? Storye book (talk) 14:45, 3 January 2022 (UTC)
- I posted a reminder on the nominator's talk page. Flibirigit (talk) 17:24, 12 January 2022 (UTC)
- the nominator has not responded to multiple messages about this DYK and it has been two weeks since the review. This nomination could be marked for closure if no action is taken soon. Flibirigit (talk) 15:48, 17 January 2022 (UTC)
- @Richiepip:. Please check the comments above, regarding your DYK nomination? Thank you. Storye book (talk) 17:50, 17 January 2022 (UTC)
- This source by Emily McMahon is powered by WordPress which is listed at Wikipedia:Reliable sources/Perennial sources as "generally unreliable". Any thoughts? Flibirigit (talk) 20:45, 17 January 2022 (UTC)
- * (edit conflict) @ Flibirigit. I have inserted all the missing citations myself, just to speed things up here. I have removed the mention of music by Jeremiah Clarke, because the source was angelfire.com, which is not permitted here. You can always put it on the talk page in case another source can be found for it. I did discover that the piece by Clarke was actually a trumpet voluntary, and not the piece formerly quoted here. I have also checked every jolly guest, bridesmaid etc. one by one so that there is no mistake. So the article should now be cleaned of problematic elements. Emily McMahon is a GMTV reporter, currently a sports producer, and her work is professional. It is Wordpress which is improperly used by other customers of the platform. She is OK. - * Thank you to Storye book for the work on the nomination and the advice on Emily McMahon. I found verification of her involvement with GMTV and will assume good faith that she's a subject matter expert and reliable. The nomination now adheres to all sourcing requirements, and all other DYK criteria. Flibirigit (talk) 21:28, 17 January 2022 (UTC)
