General: Article is new enough and long enough
Policy: Article is sourced, neutral, and free of copyright problems
Hook: Hook has been verified by provided inline citation
QPQ: Done.

Overall: Thank you for this, Gerda. This guy is clearly a genius, and a good subject for an article - the hook bears that out. So yes. That leaves just the QPQ to complete. Storye book (talk) 11:58, 17 November 2021 (UTC) Storye book (talk) 11:58, 17 November 2021 (UTC)

Thank you, Storye book, and I reviewed now Template:Did you know nominations/Nisvan Erkal. In the Blanc case, sorry, one masterclass is really not noteworthy. Maurice Duruflé is a great underrated composer, his widow and collaborator is even more underrated, - why not give her a little bit of prominence (instead of some U.S. university), and yes, instead of her husband? --Gerda Arendt (talk) 15:56, 17 November 2021 (UTC)
  • Thank you for the QPQ, Gerda; I have updated the review accordingly. This is good to go.
  • About the other nom: I didn't know about the high quality of Duruflé - I agree entirely with what you say, but I was attempting to make a compromise there, just to get the nom through DYK. I can try and fight it out if you want me to, but I don't think I would win. Storye book (talk) 16:26, 17 November 2021 (UTC)
