Ted Meines

  • Length and date ok. But the hook is odd, he was seemingly alive at the time he gave the sermons. The hook needs to be reworked. File:Luitenant_Generaal_Ted_Meines_2013.jpg can be added to the hook, it is on Commons. --Soman (talk) 16:18, 29 December 2016 (UTC)
  • The hook relates to this part of the article text: "In 1942 Meines was arrested, but was broken out by resistance members before he could be deported to a concentration camp. Afterwards Meines had to take another alias, and took that of deceased minister Sjoeke Nutma. Due to Meines still being wanted he was forced to also act like a minister. In this role Meines delivered sermons to full churches." I hope that clarifies things for you. Crispulop (talk) 13:29, 30 December 2016 (UTC)
  • I personally like the original hook especially because of the implied impossibility. But I'll leave the hook or ALT up to someone else. Crispulop (talk) 21:46, 9 January 2017 (UTC)
  • This article is new enough and long enough. The hook facts are cited inline, the article is neutral, Earwig is happy and I found no policy issues either. I like the original hook best, for the quirky spot. Cwmhiraeth (talk) 19:14, 28 January 2017 (UTC)
