Article is well-written, sourced, and neutral. Moved to mainspace on 15 January 2016, the same days as this nomination. QPQ looks good. The hook is very interesting, and is sourced and neutral; as you've mentioned, it's pushing the boundaries of the character limit, but it's still under 200, and I think it's interesting enough to push the limit anyway.
