This article is new enough and long enough. The hook fact is cited inline and the article is neutral. The sources were unavailable to me so I was unable to check for copyright issues. I thought the section heading "Overview" strange because I expected it to give an overview of the operation when in fact it concerned the country's history twenty years earlier.
