Lucca (dog) edit

  • ... that Lucca (pictured) became the 67th recipient of the Dickin Medal, having lost a leg in an IED explosion?
  • Comment: User:SoCalBrat made the vast majority of the expansion so I believe they deserve the nom, no QPQ required.

Created by SoCalBrat (talk) and The Rambling Man (talk). Nominated by The Rambling Man (talk) at 09:20, 12 April 2016 (UTC).

  • Article is newly created, image is solid, and the hook is good. The only outstanding point in the QPQ - they're now based on the nominator rather than the creator, so one needs to be provided. Miyagawa (talk) 11:37, 24 April 2016 (UTC)
  • Seems odd considering that I don't want or need any credit for this. I made the nomination as SoCalBrat had asked me to help as they were new to this all. Would it help if I simply deleted my name from the nomination? The Rambling Man (talk) 11:48, 24 April 2016 (UTC)
Invoking WP:IAR here and passing the nomination. Substituted one of my own QPQ reviews. Hawkeye7 (talk) 23:14, 27 April 2016 (UTC)
  • I changed the hook to read "67th recipient", per the source and what the article states. North America1000 04:57, 30 April 2016 (UTC)
  • I removed "for bravery" from the hook, because the source in the article does not specifically state this. North America1000 05:07, 30 April 2016 (UTC)
