  • This article is new enough and long enough. The hook facts are cited inline, the article is neutral and I detected no copyright or plagiarism issues. A QPQ has been done. I am however struggling to verify the hook fact from the FCCdata site as the dates and definitions are confusing. How about substituting "over a dozen" for your exact number of 17? I am going to list the applications in my count here, since it's confusing as this also includes when the FCC computerized its records (from the History Cards to its first computerized system, incorporated into FCCdata) and went to application numbers with the filing date in them...
