Article is new enough and long enough. However, I'm unable to check for close paraphrasing because the URLs in footnotes 3 and 6 are dead or inaccessible. QPQ done (but not necessary). The hook isn't so catchy, and it's hard to tell that the article is about Jewish Rock Radio. Yoninah (talk) 11:37, 23 February 2014 (UTC)

- I meant that the way the hook is worded, it sounds like "the station" that Recht founded is something different from "Jewish Rock Radio Rockfest National Music Festival. Here's another suggestion:
