Je suis Charlie edit

Je suis Charlie image

Created by Rich Farmbrough (talk). Nominated by Ritchie333 (talk) at 10:13, 12 January 2015 (UTC).

  • Rich Farmbrough, Ritchie333: Currently 10275 characters. Jan 7 creation. Online CNN ref checked. The fineprint says "#JeSuisCharlie has become one of the most popular news-related hashtags in the history of Twitter"; "Twitter said it is compiling a list of the most popular news hashtags. Though #JeSuisCharlie is among the top tweets, it has not yet cracked No. 1." The word "news" needs to be added in the hook. No copyvio detected. Redtigerxyz Talk 12:37, 13 January 2015 (UTC)
  • @Redtigerxyz: - the CNN source says that, but The Daily Telegraph source used in the article's body says, verbatim, "Je Suis Charlie hashtag one of most popular in Twitter history". If hard facts are preferable, we could go with ALT1 : ... that Je suis Charlie (pictured) appeared over 3.4 million times between 7–8 January, at times up to 6,500 times per minute? Telegraph does say "most popular" overall. Both hooks are good to go. Redtigerxyz Talk 15:32, 13 January 2015 (UTC)
