Idris Ali (politician) edit

5x expanded by Royroydeb (talk). Self-nominated at 17:00, 19 June 2017 (UTC).

  • The article has been expanded sufficiently in the last 7 days to meet the first article criterion. It is long enough to meet the second, and Earwig's copyvio tool indicates that a copyvio/close paraphrasing issue is very unlikely. The hook is below the 200 character limit (at 134 characters), and is cited in the article w/inline citations. QPQ is done, but one issue needs to be resolved before this can be posted. Specifically, one of the links cited above (the India Today one, where Ali apparently compares Banerjee to Gandhi) is dead, so the cited link [1] needs to be replaced w/a functioning link both here and in the article that is also a reliable source that verifies the claim. Thanks, this should be good to go now. Everymorning (talk) 17:25, 20 June 2017 (UTC)
This is 5x expansion but unfortunately I wrote 2x BLP expansion. I have made the change. I think a new review is required. @Yoninah:. RRD (talk) 04:45, 16 July 2017 (UTC)
  • @Royroydeb: you are right! I ran it through a character count check and indeed, it is 5x expanded and also over the 1500 character limit, so I removed the stub tag from the talk page. I edited the page and fixed a bunch of links; the last issue that remains is to format footnote 2. I clicked on that website, but did not find Idris Ali on it. @Yoninah: I have now removed the link. RRD (talk) 18:27, 18 July 2017 (UTC)
  • OK, thanks. Restoring tick per Everymorning's review. Yoninah (talk) 20:55, 18 July 2017 (UTC)
