Gastropteridae edit

  • ... that while mating, some species of bat-winged slugs (pictured) stab each other with a two-pronged penis?

  • – Offline source (from article) looks reliable and reasonable. Hook is interesting and attention-grabbing as well. Carbrera (talk) 19:29, 17 August 2017 (UTC).
@Carbrera: Thank you for the review. Can you confirm that you have checked the main DYK criteria of length, newness, inline citation for hook facts, image licensing, neutrality and copyright, especially if you are claiming this as a QPQ? Cwmhiraeth (talk) 06:25, 18 August 2017 (UTC)
Sure. Article text has been expanded fivefold within the past 7 days. Reference #5, on behalf of Biology Letters, is the source I'm assuming you're using for the hook as it reveals the information you included above. No concern for both neutrality and copyright. Image licensing was never a concern as well due to its CC license. Again, this looks good to go. Carbrera (talk) 17:41, 18 August 2017 (UTC).
