New interesting article. Long enough. Posted by DYK due date. Well sourced and well written. Earwig's Copyvio Detector: violation unlikely. QPQ done. Part of the hook verified on Musée d'Orsay website, part accepted AGF since the source is in Japanese language. @Maculosae tegmine lyncis: Do you have a source for the title of the article? I looked for any reliable source that lists "Founding of the Nation" as Kiyoo's painting, and I haven't found one. I do see support for Kenkoku, as well as "Foundation of a State" as the title on pages 14, 15 and 31 of this, and page 199 of this. May be a minor point, but why not stick with painting title in the published sources? Your clarification would be helpful. Ms Sarah Welch (talk) 21:52, 17 February 2016 (UTC)
