Created on the indicated day, long enough, QPQ done. Hook cited to an offline source and accepted in good faith. I checked the cited sources and found that a reasonable amount of rewording has been done. Some phrases still are quite close to the original, but with the meagre material available for this politician there is only so many ways to express a fact.
