Interesting life, on good sources, offline sources accepted AGF, no copyvio obvious. - Both hooks have too much detail, for my taste. Please try it shorter, - who wants to know what Zolnay did later, when we want to focus on her? ... or who bought the store? - The image is licensed and attractive, but we need (pictured), and a shorter caption for the Main page. - Article: please try to arrange the many images that they don't "sandwich" text, perhaps one with the references. We usually try to have faces look "into" the article. No need for "Mrs." and "Miss". Can we get the award in her honor after Personal life? --Gerda Arendt (talk) 20:22, 4 August 2017 (UTC)
Green tickY done Elisa.rolle
Thank you! What do you think of populating the empty "Gallery" with her works, and getting the atelier image (larger) on the right? - I'm on vacation, please be patient. --Gerda Arendt (talk) 15:35, 5 August 2017 (UTC)
Green tickY done for the atelier image, but the gallery was actually an old attempt. I did not like the gallery, therefore I removed 1 picture and use the upright for the remaining ones to fit them on the side. Elisa.rolle
My hooks would be shorter:
ALT4: ... that the American painter and sculptor Caroline Risque (pictured) was an honor student of George Julian Zolnay?
ALT5: ... that Caroline Risque (pictured) made the bronze busts of the four founders of Stix Baer & Fuller?
This is just DYK. For higher quality, I'd urge you to place the atelier image right. Can you check how the article looks on a smaller screen? How do you feel about an infobox? --Gerda Arendt (talk) 20:29, 5 August 2017 (UTC)
ok for the infobox, but with it the right side is really too busy and if I move the atelier image right, bigger as you requested, it shift everything down and it's not in the right place, that is on the education section. ALT4 and ALT5 are very short, ALT4 maybe be good (even if it implies everyone knows who Zolnay was, but ALT5 without any additional info about the fact that Stix Baer & Fuller was a department store is not interesting enough. Elisa.rolle
I removed the icon for "new reviewer needed". You can add more hooks that I can approve or not, no new reviewer is needed at this point. I'd prefer to strike the first two, as just too much of a good thing. - I didn't request a different layout, just said that for GA or FA, that would come up. - People who don't know who Zolnay is, can hover over the name and would know, same for the store. Better keep some mystery, to raise interest to find out about HER, not the artist or the store. --Gerda Arendt (talk) 05:27, 6 August 2017 (UTC)
Green tickY ALT6: ... that Caroline Risque (pictured) made the bronze busts of the four founders of Stix Baer & Fuller, department store in St. Louis? Source: Gateway Heritage: Quarterly Journal of the Missouri Historical Society ([3])
Is it fine? Elisa.rolle
it's approved. The prep builder can decide. I personally think that "department store" doesn't add attractiveness for her article ;) --Gerda Arendt (talk) 10:16, 6 August 2017 (UTC)
  • Although none of them have yet hit the main page, Elisa.rolle has well over five approved nominations, and all of her five QPQ exemptions have been allocated to other nominations. A quid pro quo review will be needed for this one. BlueMoonset (talk) 21:34, 14 August 2017 (UTC)
repeated. - Thank you also for many more reviews you did! And congrats for the three articles you already had on the Main page. To many more! --Gerda Arendt (talk) 10:28, 15 August 2017 (UTC)
