Thank you. If you feel strongly about deleting her, O.K. It's just that page 6 of the pdf for Bristol Naturalist News (July-August 2012, reference #1) was mostly about Libby. The organization seemed very proud of the award that she had received. I tend to agree with removing Libby Houston. She is but one member of the organization, and probably all of them have achieved one or more awards in their career. However, Anne, Libby herself would be worthy of an article on her own. If you do a search on Wikipedia, Libby Houston is also listed in other articles.
