Article is sufficiently recent, long enough, free from copyvios (although the quote from Teddy Hart is long enough that it should probably be a block quote, per MOS:BQ - even factoring this in, however, the article meets the length requirement). Hook is interesting, meets the length requirement, and is sourced (source isn't online, but definitely exists and meets the RS policy). QPQ has been done, no image to review.
