The image Image:CBSeye.svg is used in this article under a claim of fair use, but it does not have an adequate explanation for why it meets the requirements for such images when used here. I rarely make contentions this firmly, but ZBM and ZFB are almost certainly broadcasting over the air in ATSC.

It can't be DVB-T because:

The use of minor channel numbers, not a feature of DVB-T. (For instance, in DVB-T, you can't have 19.1, 19.2, just 19) The virtual channels are a bit unusual-looking, but that's more custom than technical standard.
One of the sets shown in [1] is a US-market set with US "HDTV" and Energy Star logos.
