Yuan Shikai dynasty edit
Hello Ramtears. I have read your articles concerning the descendants of the Hongxian Emperor (Yuan Shikai), but I have been wondering if he ever chose a name for his dynasty, as did the Ming, Qing, etc. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 196.40.49.148 (talk) 02:06, 22 December 2008 (UTC)
- I think he did. The name was "Chinese Empire", and he himself was called the "Emperor of Chinese Empire". I know it's not single-charactered and seems weird. But it is the case. Technically, "The People's Republic of China" is the name of the current Chinese dynasty. Ramtears (talk) 03:39, 8 January 2009 (UTC)
- Well actually it was called the 中华帝国 (lit.: Chinese Empire) so it wasn't named like the previous dynasties. Cheers Blackangel25 (talk) 18:40, 27 July 2009 (UTC)

Disabled? edit
The Yuan Shikai article, in the section headed Abandonment of the Monarchy and Death, indicates that Yuan Keding was handicapped. Is this true, and is anything known about it? Xt828 (talk) 07:30, 28 October 2013 (UTC)
