Surely Andy Schleck is eligible for the Maillot Blanc in the 2011 Tour De France? He wont be 26 until June 2011, and this page says it is 'open for all cyclists less than 26 years of age at 1 January of the year'. SewerSide (talk) 12:20, 26 July 2010 (UTC)Reply
