This guy is obviously notable by the number of redlinks to him. AJUK Talk!! 21:42, 31 July 2009 (UTC)Reply

Then please put something on the page establishing that. I'm sure that something can be found at any of these places with a redlink. Irbisgreif (talk) 21:43, 31 July 2009 (UTC)Reply
I did he designed the OM system and the XA you will be pressed to find a serious photography enthusiast who hasn't herd of the OM System and I had herd of the XA before I even got into photography. AJUK Talk!! 21:54, 31 July 2009 (UTC)Reply

Looks like Maitani was inducted into the Photo Marketing Association's Hall of Fame in 1992, but the refs are behind pay walls. :(--Fabrictramp | talk to me 23:11, 31 July 2009 (UTC)Reply

The fan site form geocities has been migrated to "maitani-fan.co.cc" but it's blocked by wiki. Mr Maitani is as near to a design/style guru as modern photography has and deserves a page --Nobody314159 (talk) 22:52, 13 November 2009 (UTC)Reply
