The Mi Band 3 does offer continues heart rate display edit
Contrary to what mentioned in the article, if you choose treadmill or exercise mode you'll activate continues heart rate detecting and displaying. I know because I own the band. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Mo3tasm (talk • contribs) 09:39, 1 March 2019 (UTC)
