No conclusive evidence? edit
The lead simply asserts that there is no conclusive evidence as to the origin of the virus. Even if this insufficiently sourced assertion was true, it still has no place in the article. This article is about the city of Wuhan. Mentioning the fact that COVID-19 was first found there is relevant to the article. Asserting that we don't know the origin of the virus is a claim for the COVID-19 page, not this one. I understand that this is a powder keg, but that doesn't mean we throw out all standards, and allow politics to influence content. small change request edit
Next to the photo of the gunboat Zhongshan there is a reference to Nanking. This is Wade-Giles, people always say it wrong, the name of the city has always been pronunced Nan Jing, could someone please change to the pinyin romanization, which is easier for non-Chinese speakers to get right ? Remove unfounded conspiracies edit
Please. I just removed some rant mentioning that the "lab leak theory has not been thoroughly rebutted". This shows the lack of understanding on how reason works from these people. The existence of cows in Mars has not been "thoroughly rebutted" either, so what? Meaningless. Get your fallacies straight first.

Add this following sentence: "Since then, COVID-19 has spread to other countries in Asia and then to the other continents. This has lead to many cancellation of gatherings and festivals around the country and the world. It had also lead to discrimination against Wuhan people and culture.
