I am confused by the following in the introductory paragraph: "A high school was built in Woodlawn in 1922, but housed only 9th through 12th grade. The first 4-year high school was built in 1941."

This makes it sound like the 1922 school was not a four-year high school, but if it "housed" 9th through 12th grades, what is the difference between the 1922 school and the 1941 school? Does "housed" mean something other than that it was a "school?" (Grades 9, 10, 11, 12 would be a four-year "school," not?) — Preceding unsigned comment added by 148.177.1.211 (talk) 18:36, 9 January 2015 (UTC)Reply
