What is this, an advertisement?

no more so than Microsoft_Internet_Security_and_Acceleration_Server

I've tried to make it a little more encyclopaedic. I added some framing to put it into context, and a section on what most network administrators remember WinGate for, which I hope is sufficiently NPOV. I left the brochure material untouched. It could probably do with some pruning as well, but I thought that if I did that too it might look like I was editing with an agenda.
