I have removed the one liner on the basis of a conversation on this talk page: Talk:Toronto_Transit_Commission#Incidents_section relating to the main incidents section on the Toronto Transit Commission article. A consensus was reached relating to worthiness of including incidents in that section, and the basic qualifiers in summary are: Loss of life, Major disruption (multi-day) to transit service, note worthy other event with its own article that can be linked there (ie The blackout of 2003 which also meets the qualifier of being a multi-day disruption).

In 2 days this minor collision will be old news and will no longer be relevant, compiling lists of such things is fine on your own time, but only adds to clutter and confusion in the articles here.
