Hyphenation of Article Title edit

The Pheasant in question does not have white ears, but is itself white. So I think the hyphenation of the title is incorrect. Am I right? --Brook2006 (talk) 12:41, 10 January 2008 (UTC)Reply

Should it perhaps be White Eared-pheasant? Maias (talk) 03:27, 3 April 2008 (UTC)Reply
Definitely no hyphen! Without the "white" one wouldn't write "eared-pheasant." White Eared Pheasant is enough. Caeruleancentaur (talk) 20:29, 24 June 2010 (UTC)Reply

Citations edit

The citation for birdlife international links to another Wikipedia page that relies too much on a primary source/ reference.Mustangracer05 (talk) 15:56, 12 June 2016 (UTC)Reply

Main article edit

Poorly written and distracting from subject. Subtopics should be organized by headings, not new paragraphs/sentences. More information is also needed under subtopics.Mustangracer05 (talk) 19:15, 12 June 2016 (UTC)Reply

Exact wording is found on thewebsiteofeverything.com, unsure if information was found in the listed citation or this website. [1]Mustangracer05 (talk) 19:17, 13 June 2016 (UTC)Reply

The exact wording is found there because the site has copied Wikipedia content but without acknowledging the fact. This is is breach of the licensing conditions and may be dealt with by Wikimedia administrators.
Regarding your first comment, it would be much better if you were able to fix the problems yourself. I am aware that you are a student starting out in Wikipedia but it often takes a new editor to see what the older hands haven't noticed over the years. Have a go at fixing it. If you get it wrong you will soon know ! Regards  Velella  Velella Talk   21:30, 17 June 2016 (UTC)Reply
